History

The Franklin County Park Association was formed in 1974 to promote the use of the Franklin County Fairgrounds and to provide a place for the community to gather. The Fairgrounds has been a hub of activity for over 50 years, hosting events such as the Franklin County Fair, rodeos, and concerts.
